Raybow Hotel, a leading 3-star hotel in Takoradi, is seeking a talented and experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our team.


Position Overview: The HR & Admin Manager will lead the hotel's efforts in building a high-performing team and culture that values and nurtures people. The successful candidate will develop and execute people strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, enabling the company to fulfill its mission.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related technologies


Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel's priorities and promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, providing guidance on people management, performance, and development.
  • Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee onboarding processes.
  • Design and implement performance management, learning and development, and career growth frameworks.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and regulatory compliance programs.
  • Maintain and optimize the use of the hotel's Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
