About this role

You'll be working with the existing engineering team to scale new features, address bugs, and implement the build/test/release infrastructure. The candidate should be proficient in React, Node, MongoDB, AWS

Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Mobile Development: Lead the end-to-end development of mobile applications, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Fluent in Flutter and Native Mobile Coding: Demonstrate expertise in Flutter for cross-platform development as well as native mobile coding languages (Swift for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android).

• Architecture and Design: Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient mobile architectures for a range of applications.

• Code Reviews and Mentoring: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

• API Integration: Integrate with various APIs and third-party libraries to enhance functionality and user experience.

• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring smooth and responsive user experiences across different devices and platforms.

• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions.

• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mobile technologies and frameworks, recommending and implementing best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, and Java. Experience with other mobile frameworks and languages is a plus.

• Portfolio: Showcase a portfolio of successful mobile applications developed, with a focus on user interface, functionality, and overall user experience.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.

• Collaborative Team Player: Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Agile Development: Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
